"Where to go when your beloved family pet is ill or injured? You're anxious and need help now. You dont want to hand them over to just anyone... Don't panic! All of the staff at Jersey Village Animal Hospital (JVAH) are there for you with expertise, efficiency, and, best of all, respect and empathy. They know your pet is not just an animal but a member of your family, so they will not roll their eyes at your concerns. We have a cat who we got in Scotland when we lived there and, of course, brought back with us to the US along with her brother. We have been taking them to JVAH for 8 years, and JVAH are second to none. Our Oscar passed a couple of years ago, and the folks at JVAH met his every need and our every concern. It was so hard, but they were so thoughtful. We continue to take Twiggy when it's required, and they are so good to her. But more importantly, they are thorough. We want to thank Dr. Daily, the technicians who assisted, and the kind front of house staff for their professionalism and sensitivity during Twiggy's recent UTI episode. As an American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accredited facility, Jersey Village Animal Hospital regularly undergoes evaluations to ensure that we meet or exceed AAHA's standards of care.
These standards cover nearly every aspect of our hospital, including surgery, exam facilities, patient care, cleanliness, client service, emergency services, diagnostic imaging, and anesthesiology. Only 15% of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are accredited by AAHA, which is recognized worldwide as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine.
