"Several weeks ago my dog Sandee Mae got very sick on a Saturday. Our regular veterinarian who is located at Barker Cypress and Tuckerton could not be reached. This was the second time she could not be reached on a weekend. The answering service told us to take her to any Animal ER. I decided to take Sandee to our old vet that we had in Jersey Village. Even though they had not seen Sandee since 2011, they told me to bring her in immediately. Dr Liz Ramsbacher saw Sandee and after much consideration, we decided it was time to put her to sleep. My husband and I were just heart broken, but Dr. Liz and her staff were so gentle, loving and understanding through the entire process. I am so thankful for their kindness and professional behavior. I even received a beautiful card about a week later. It was so nice to see people who really truly care about you and your animal. Thank you Dr. Liz Ramsbacher, you are going to have a wonderful career."
